Where to enter them — pick your device:

🖥️ Windows ▾

Open RustDesk → click the ⋮ next to your ID (or the Settings gear) → ID/Relay Server. Paste the ID Server and Key above, then click OK.

🍎 Mac ▾

Open RustDesk → click the ⋮ next to your ID (or Settings → Network) → ID/Relay Server. Paste the ID Server and Key, then click OK.

The first time we connect, macOS asks you to allow Screen Recording and Accessibility for RustDesk — approve both in System Settings → Privacy & Security so we can see and control the screen.

🤖 Android ▾

Open RustDesk → tap the ☰ menu (top-left) or the Settings gear → ID/Relay Server. Paste the ID Server and Key, then tap OK / back.

So we can control (not just view) the screen, also turn on RustDesk's Input Control / Accessibility permission when the app prompts you.

📱 iPhone / iPad ▾

Open RustDesk → tap the Settings gear → ID/Relay Server. Paste the ID Server and Key, then tap OK.

On iPhone/iPad we can view your screen to guide you, but Apple doesn't allow full remote control of iOS devices.

On a computer? There's an even faster way ▾

Copy this single code, then in RustDesk go Settings → Network → (⋮ menu) → Import Server Config — it fills in both boxes for you.
