Pull businesses straight from Google and Yelp by trade and area — name, address, phone, website, rating and review count — and drop them into a working list instead of a spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand. County parcel records go in the same way when you sell to property owners.
Know the customer before you call
Before anyone picks up the phone, the software checks the prospect's website, speed, search visibility and email setup, then writes a plain English summary of what's wrong and what it's worth fixing. Your rep walks in already knowing the answer.
